Allegiance of Heroes

Here’s the story from the News You Can’t Use:

There’s a group of pseudo X-Men in the U.S. who are dressing like superheroes…trying to help society….

One is called Shadow Hare….and he is making citizen arrests around Cincinnati.

The masked 21 year-old wears a cape and carries handcuffs, pepper spray and other legal weapons.

Shadow Hare and other crime fighters have formed the “Allegiance of Heroes.” The members, which include Aclyptico in Pennsylvania, The Wall Creeper in Colorado and Master Legend in Florida, communicate through online forums.

It is legal in Ohio and Kentucky to make a citizens arrest, however, the arrester does face possible civil litigation if the person arrested turns out to be innocent.
