Earlier this year, a picture showed up online in which Miley and some friends are pulling their eyes back to look “Asian” . . . even though one of the people in the picture IS Asian.
Miley apologized, but that wasn’t enough for a Los Angeles woman named Lucie Kim. She sued Miley for $4 billion . . . on behalf of all the Asians in the L.A. area.
Well, the case was thrown out Friday but the lady involved says she will appeal.
