Chris Brown to Fans: Please, Save Me!

Chris Brown

Chris Brown is literally begging his fans to help keep him relevant — and the convicted woman beater is using a recorded audio message to spread his desperate plea.

Brown’s message is available through SayNow.com — a website in which celebrities can record messages for their fans. In the message, Brown begs his fans to help “bring me back”– saying “a lot of radio stations aren’t playing my records. They are not being that supportive and I wouldn’t expect them to.”

Brown goes on to say he’s “a better guy now” … but says “[My music] won’t be possible if I’m not relevant on the radio.”

Exclusive Sneak Peek: Idol‘s Casey James — From Hellraiser To Heartthrob!

It took three trips to the slammer for American Idol finalist Casey James to get scared straight — and become a better man.

In the March 22 issue of Star — on sale now — we report that the country-twanged crooner, who has caught the attention of the show’s viewers, as well as lovestruck judge Kara DioGuardi, struggled with inner demons that landed him in jail three times.

The Cool, Texas native — who was raised by his single mom — started getting in trouble with the law at just 17. It started with speeding tickets but took a darker turn when Casey was busted for DWI in 2001, when this mug shot was taken.

Casey was nabbed two more times over the following 21 months — culminating in a one-month jail sentence in 2003.

These two have stuck together since the start!

Corey Feldman Remembers Corey Haim as “Beautiful, Tormented Soul”

When the late Corey Haim paired up with Corey Feldman in 1987′s The Lost Boys, a new entertainment duo was born: The Coreys! The fellas went on to star in many movies together and had their own reality series, The Two Coreys, in 2007.

Following the news of Haim’s death earlier today, Feldman took to his blog to express his grief over the loss of his best friend.

“I was awakened at 8:30 this morning by my brother and sister knocking on my bedroom door,” Corey wrote. “They informed me of the loss of my brother Corey Haim. My eyes weren’t even open all the way when the tears started streaming down my face. I am so sorry for Corey, his mother Judy, his family, my family, all of our fans, and of course my son who I will have to find a way to explain this to when he gets home from school. This is a tragic loss of a wonderful, beautiful, tormented soul, who will always be my brother, family, and best friend.

“We must all take this as a lesson in how we treat the people we share this world with while they are still here to make a difference. Please respect our families as we struggle and grieve through this difficult time. I hope the art Corey has left behind will be remembered as the passion of that for which he truly lived.”

Haim, who had been suffering flu-like symptoms, was rushed to the hospital from his mother’s Burbank, Calif. home on Wednesday morning and was later pronounced dead. At first it was thought that Haim — who has a long history of drug abuse and admitted that he abused crack cocaine — had suffered an accidental drug overdose. However, determinations won’t be made until toxicology reports are done, which could take several weeks.

Betty White to Host Saturday Night Live May 8

By Stephen M. Silverman

It’s official: Betty White will host NBC’s Saturday Night Live on May 8, WNBC News announced Thursday morning.

Besides featuring the Golden Girl, who was the subject of a Facebook campaign to get her the gig, the special Mother’s Day episode will also reunite six former female SNL cast members, most of whom happen to be moms: Tina Fey, Amy Poehler, Molly Shannon, Maya Rudolph, Ana Gasteyer and Rachel Dratch.

The show’s creator-producer, Lorne Michaels, tells USA Today that the Facebook campaign, which kicked in after White’s Super Bowl commercial for Snickers, “took on a groundswell. [White as the host] isn’t something we would have said no to, [but the campaign] validated that, ‘Oh, that’d be fun’ … It was the outpouring of affection from fans, and we feel the same way.”

And while White, 88, has no children of her own – except for her golden retriever, Pontiac – Michaels justifies her Mother’s Day appearance by explaining, “She’s the mother of us all in comedy.”

6 Must-Have Shoes

I lOVE SHOES!!

6 Must-Have Shoes

How many pairs of shoes do you own? O, The Oprah Magazine creative director Adam Glassman says there are just six pairs every woman needs.

Black Pump

Just like the little black dress, Adam says every woman needs a little black pump. “The 2-inch kitten heel is the easiest thing to wear,” he says.

Comfortable Flat

When you want to kick off your heels but still look stylish, a comfortable flat is essential. Look for a pair with cushioning that will take you from work to the weekend.

Evening Shoe

“For people who go out more often, you need a showstopping, gorgeous shoe,” Adam says. Look for a classic shape in gold or a neutral color, dressed up with sequins or satin.

Sleek Comfort Sneaker

Adam says every woman needs a cute, sleek sneaker—not to be confused with the kind you wear to the gym. “Your gym sneakers should stay in the gym,” he says. A dressier sneaker in a fun color is your go-to shoe. “It’s like the comfort food of shoes,” Adam says. “The comfort sneaker.”

Tall Boot

Whether it’s a flat riding boot or a sleek, heeled version, Adam says a tall boot is the perfect solution when temperatures start to drop. “A tall boot you can wear with a dress, you can wear it to the office, out at night or on weekends,” he says.

All-Weather Boots

An all-weather boot that keeps your feet dry from the showers in the spring and the slush in the winter is crucial. Adam loves the iconic Hunter Boots, which can be layered with Hunter Fleece Socks to keep feet toasty in the winter.

Heidi Montag: Husband Spencer Pratt Is No Longer My Manager

Married almost one year ago, Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt have decided to go their separate ways – in business that is.

Pratt, who has managed the couple since the day they met nearly five years ago – when Montag was 19 years old – is being replaced with a Malibu-based psychic named Aiden Chase, the reality star tells PEOPLE.

“After the incredible experiences I have had healing my life and truly connecting to my dreams with healer intuitive Aiden Chase, I have officially asked him to become my manager,” Montag says. “Having an intuitive psychic leading my team gives me an edge no one else has.”

“No longer is my husband the face of my business or managing my career,” she adds. “I am going to have Aiden Chase help manage my new life and career in a very different and positive way with light and love. The time for change is now. Never mix business and pleasure. We are no longer Speidi but Spencer and Heidi.”

Although severing their business ties, the couple will remain married.

Montag, who made the move after her staggering 10 plastic surgeries in one day, says she has now “cleared all the negative energy in my life.” She says she’s signed on for a Ron Howard-related show businss project and a feature film comedy, and will appear on The Tonight Show next week.

“I am so excited for my future and the bright successes coming my way,” says Montag.

Jessica Simpson Still Watches Tony Romo’s ‘Cute Butt’

I loved Jess with Nick!!

Jessica Simpson Still Watches Tony Romo’s ‘Cute Butt’

One ex-boyfriend dished about her sexual prowess in Playboy and another one broke up with her on her 29th birthday, but Jessica Simpson can still laugh about her romantic life.

During an appearance on The Late Show with David Letterman Wednesday, Letterman peppered the singer with questions about her relationships with Dallas Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo and singer John Mayer.

“Tony is great, still a friend of mine,” said Simpson, who admitted to regularly watching Cowboys games. “I still look at his cute butt in the outfit – uniform.”

She said their relationship was relaxed and mostly paparazzi-free compared to her other romances. “I actually got to live a pretty normal life when I dated Tony – other than the whole jinx situation,” she said referring to Cowboys fans blaming her for some of the team’s losses.

Asked by Letterman what caused them to split, she paused and said, “What went wrong? You’d have to ask him that. He broke up with me on my birthday.”

But, she added, “We are still good friends.”

As for her other recent high-profile romance, Letterman said of Simpson and Mayer, “You guys met and fell in love, is that safe to say?”

“Yes, absolutely,” Simpson answered.

When Letterman brought up Mayer’s comments to Playboy in which he compared Simpson to “sexual napalm,” she rolled her eyes. “Normally you’d think someone you care about would keep those details to himself,” she said. “It was definitely a compliment, in a way. I don’t really want people to know that about me. I’m like the good girl, then that happened.”

Letterman suggested Simpson “could be both” a good girl and a sexual woman. “I am,” said Simpson laughing. “He gave away my game.”

Though she hasn’t spoken to Mayer recently, she admits: “I will always care about him. I think he’s a great person, a great musician, but I was very disappointed by the article.”

YOUR DAILY HOROSCOPE

IF YOUR BIRTHDAY IS TODAY

You must be willing to change the habits of a lifetime over the coming 12 months. Just because you have grown used to certain things being done in certain ways does not mean it should go on like that forever.

ARIES (March 21 – April 20):

Take a risk if you must but make sure you have a fall-back plan if things don’t work out the way you hope. Unexpected events may force you to change your plans at the very last moment. Be adaptable.

TAURUS (April 21 – May 21):

If you allow a doubt to take root today it won’t be easy to get rid of it again. With Venus, your ruler, squaring up to Pluto power games are likely over the next 24 hours, but you don’t have to play them.

GEMINI (May 22 – June 21):

Today’s challenging aspects will remind you that you cannot possibly do everything yourself – nor should you want to. Another lesson you might learn is that while it’s okay to compete it’s better to co-operate.

CANCER (June 22 – July 23):

If you have encroached on someone’s territory you must accept the fact that you are in the wrong and make amends quickly. You don’t have to lick their boots but you do have to say sorry as if you mean it.

LEO (July 24 – Aug. 23):

Do you wait to see how a situation develops or do you act and try to head off a potential disaster? Only you can decide but today’s Venus-Pluto link will give you the courage to make changes.

VIRGO (Aug. 24 – Sept. 23):

Are you aiming to do something because it’s right or because it could make you a lot of money? No matter how much it pays, if your heart is not in the job you are advised to give it a miss.

LIBRA (Sept. 24 – Oct. 23):

With Venus at right angles to power planet Pluto today disputes of one sort or another are more likely or not. You may prefer the quiet life but, on this occasion, it’s you who will be making most of the noise.

SCORPIO (Oct. 24 – Nov. 22):

If a friend or colleague tells you something in confidence today you must not immediately tell everyone else about it. Not only will it betray their trust but it will ruin your reputation as a keeper of secrets.

SAGITTARIUS (Nov. 23 – Dec. 21):

With Mars on your side you won’t hesitate to take the fight to the enemy. Who might that be? Anyone who challenges your right to act independently. No one can stand against you if you stand up for yourself.

CAPRICORN (Dec. 22 – Jan. 20):

Pluto in your sign makes you somewhat pugnacious, so take care you don’t say or do things that upset the people who mean the most to you. All love is good love but unconditional love is best of all.

AQUARIUS (Jan. 21 – Feb. 19):

Don’t try to be someone you have no need to be. It’s okay to have role models but it’s not okay to imitate them in every way. You have seeds of greatness within you – all you have to do is let them grow.

PISCES (Feb. 20 – Mar. 20):

Dig around in areas that some people say are too weird to be taken seriously. Maybe they are, but there is also a possibility that an important truth is being covered up. Don’t be afraid to be different.
