Heidi and Spencer Pratt Named Time’s Least Influential People

This’ll give Spencer Pratt something new to rant about on Twitter.

He and wife, Heidi, have been named to the Time‘s Least Influential list — the “moron” category, to be precise.

Snipes the mag about Heidi, 23, “You used to be famous for being famous. Then you were famous for getting lots of plastic surgery and selling only 658 copies of your album in its first week. Now you’re not famous. That was fast.”

Their criticism for Spencer, 26, was even more biting.

“Montag fired him as her manager,” Time writes. “It’s like we need a whole other list of the uninfluential to the uninfluential.”

The new issue of Us Weekly reports the couple are in “panic mode” about falling out of the spotlight when the The Hills goes off the air after this season.

Time also mocks Joaquin Phoenix , Nadya “Octomom” Suleman, Paula Abdul and former American Idol host Brian Dunkleman.

Lady Gaga was named the Most Influential artist.

Conan O’Brien: I Would Never Do What Jay Leno Did to Me

If the tables had been turned during their late-night dispute, Conan O’Brien says he knows what he would – and wouldn’t – have done to Jay Leno.

“He went and took that show back and I think in a similar situation, if roles had been reversed, I know – I know me, I wouldn’t have done that,” O’Brien, 47, says in his first post-Tonight Show interview, scheduled to air on 60 Minutes Sunday.

In the interview, the new TBS late-night host tells Steve Kroft that he would not have “surrendered The Tonight Show and handed it over to somebody publicly and wished them well – and then … six months later… But that’s me, you know.”

Adding that “Everyone’s got their own, you know, way of doing things,” O’Brien, who’s been on the road for his 30-date North American tour, says if he had been in Leno’s shoes, he would’ve “done something else, go someplace else.”

Leaving NBC, he says, was like severing a “toxic” relationship, especially one he didn’t see having a future with.

And though he may negotiated with the network, O’Brien says he “started to feel that I’m not sure these people even really want me here.”

Sandra Still Wants To Be A Mom To Jesse’s Kids

That big heart has room for all – except you, Jesse James.

In her tell-all interview with People Magazine, Sandra Bullock confesses she still intends to play a role in the lives of Jesse’s three kids. She is hoping an arrangement can be made where she can “co-parent” them. She explains:

“I don’t want to know what life is like without those kids. Whatever we need to do, in the healthiest way, we are going to be co-parenting.”

We hate the thought of Jesse staying in your life in any capacity, but for the sake of those little ones (who are in DESPERATE need of a role model), we think it’s okay.

Tito Ortiz, Jenna Jameson Take it Back

TMZ has learned former UFC champ Tito Ortiz and baby mama/former porn star Jenna Jameson are withdrawing allegations that led to Tito’s felony domestic violence arrest earlier this week.

Jenna, who accused Tito of injuring her during an argument, now tells TMZ, “What actually happened has now been dramatically distorted and misinterpreted and remarks that both Tito and I made after the police arrived reflect the state of shock that we were both in.”  Translation — he didn’t hurt me.

As for Tito, we’re told he’s now backing off what he strongly insinuated … that Jenna is an OxyContin addict.  We’re told Tito’s position now is that he found two OxyContin pills and may have jumped to conclusions.  Jenna says the pills were very old.  And, as we first reported, Jenna tested negative for drugs this week.

Tito’s lawyer, Chip Matthews, tells TMZ the whole thing was “a big misunderstanding.”

One more thing … Sources say Tito stands to lose $15 million if he’s prosecuted for domestic violence — the money accounts for his UFC contract as well as other businesses.

Lindsay Lohan — Bound for Jail

Lindsay Lohan — Bound for Jail

Lindsay Lohan has violated the terms of her probation and is headed for a showdown in court next month that will almost certainly land her in jail.

Lohan — who is on probation for DUI — has not fulfilled the alcohol education requirement laid down by the judge … TMZ has learned.

Judge Marsha Revel made it clear to Lindsay late last year, she must attend alcohol ed courses once every 7 days.  The only exception — if she was in inpatient rehab.  And the judge was explicit … if Lindsay did not comply with the terms of probation, she was going to jail.

The school in which Lindsay enrolled is required by state law to inform the court only if the student is MIA for 21 days.  So here’s the disconnect: The school has not reported an attendance violation … because Lindsay frequently waited until the 21st day to attend classes.

Bottom line — Lindsay met the school’s requirement, but squarely violated the judge’s order.

We’ve learned what’s going to come out at Lindsay’s progress hearing on May 20 — that she has habitually violated the judge’s requirement to attend classes at least once every 7 days. 

Judge Revel has made it clear to Lindsay — no more chances.  If probation is violated, she’s going to jail … and probation was repeatedly violated.

We asked Lindsay’s lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, for comment and received the following email:  “We have received no negative written report from the program and contend Ms. Lohan is therefore in compliance.”  Good lawyering for sure, because — as we just told you — the program may not have a problem with Lindsay, but the judge is going to have a big problem.
