Jersey Shore’s “The Situation” Records a Song for the Clubs

Jersey Shore‘s Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino has recorded a dance track — aptly titled “The Situation” — set to be released on iTunes this week. In the 50-second preview, he sings about drinking at clubs and not wanting to dance alone. [Jezebel]

In Oct. 2009, he was arrested at E! Entertainment studios when he tried to reach the radio personality. Additionally, Uzomah was ordered to stay 500 yards away from Seacrest for 10 years. [MSNBC]

– Victoria Beckham is lending her voice to a SpongeBob SquarePants special called “The Clash of Triton.” The fashion designer says she was “thrilled” to be a part of the animated Nickelodeon program. “I had such a great time recording the voice of Queen Amphitrite. Eclipse’s Robert Pattinson: I’ll Probably “Die by 30″

Robert Pattinson, 24, once said in an interview that he worried that so many good things have happened to him at such an early age.

“I guess I just thought if too many good things happen, then you’re going to die at 30,” he explains in a new Nightline interview airing Monday. “I didn’t want that to happen. “Yeah, so probably, I’m going to die at 30. Actually, it’s God saying, ‘Hey, you shouldn’t have asked for too much.’”

Pattinson says going from a little-known British actor to an A-list heartthrob has been “crazy.”

“It’s not what people tell you when people warn you of being an actor,” he says. “If and when I have children, [and] they ask if they want to be actors, I’m like ‘Yeah, it’s great. You don’t have to do anything. Everything goes right.’”

For the most part, Pattinson says he is enjoying fame “rather than looking like it’s freaking you out and you want to leave.”

The one downfall?

“I used to spend a lot of time walking in cities by myself, and I can’t really do that without being, um, a little paranoid,” he says. “You get better at hiding and you get better at choosing which areas are the right areas to go to. And you also get better at interacting with strangers.”

Having his costars around helps, he says.

The Twilight franchise — the film’s third installment, Eclipse, opens June 30 — has become “something much bigger than we ever thought it would be … that everyone sort of sticks together and supports each other … everyone’s so young still and no one’s really going around stabbing each other in the back yet.”

Laughing, he adds, “There are still two more movies.”

Sex-tape scandal? That’s so last month.

Rejuvenated birthday girl Kendra Wilkinson sent her first Tweet in more than a month: “25 feels so good lolol!!”

The reality star and new mom, who became a year older on Saturday, also took to her public Facebook page to show fan appreciation.

“Hey everyone…I really want to thank all of you for all the love and support you’ve shown me over the past few weeks!!!” she wrote. “I love you all so much! I’m leaving the past in the past and I’m so excited for my future with my family. I’m back babyyy!!! Lolololol!!!!!”

Wilkinson has overcome this bump in the road quickly. It was only about three weeks ago when she said the release of the tape “broke my heart” and was “the hardest thing to deal with right now.”

Kate is in New York right now. We’ve been texting each other back and forth and we’re trying to get together. We are very close. She is the sweetest woman in the world. We were instantly friends and everyone really loved her on the show. We missed her so much when she left. She’s hilarious and she’s always joking around. I don’t think she ever said a serious sentence.

I’m not a big tabloid reader and I was so focused on the Olympics and I never watched TV. She’s got a lot to deal with. If I had eight kids, I can’t imagine. I’m sure it’s pretty tough and sometimes that’s misconstrued with Kate. But she’s an amazing mom and a tough lady. She was constantly showing pictures and videos of her kids and missing them.”

Then WTF is with her attitude?! The show’s over, Evan! No need to cover for her divatude anymore.

Then, hours later, she was spotted heading to a private birthday bash in Hollywood around 1:30 a.m. to mingle with all those “disgusting” people she just can’t wait to get away from.
