Robyn Gibson Supports Mel in Court

Mel Gibson‘s soon-to-be ex-wife, Robyn, has written a sworn declaration on behalf of Mel, saying he has never physically abused her or any of their children in the 28 years they were married … TMZ has learned.

We’ve learned in the declaration, Robyn writes, “Mel never engaged in any physical abuse of any kind toward me before, during or after our marriage.”  Robyn also says there was never any domestic violence perpetrated by Mel against any of their children. 

Yesterday, Robyn was spotted out running errands in Malibu.

We’ve learned the declaration was filed with the court this morning.  We’re told Robyn’s declaration will also be submitted to the L.A. County Sheriff’s Department when Mel’s lawyers present their evidence to deputies next week.
 
In the 1-page declaration, Robyn acknowledges that she is divorcing Mel but says,  “Mel was a wonderful and loving father.”

Robyn — who is widely respected in Hollywood — could ultimately be very powerful ammo for Mel.

Levi and Bristol — Gunnin’ for Reality Deal

Levi Johnston and Bristol Palin are already looking to bring outsiders into their upcoming marriage – in the form of a reality TV crew … this according to a source very familiar with the negotiations.

TMZ has learned the couple has been shopping “multiple reality shows” around town — some of the ideas involve the couple AND their two-year-old son, Tripp.

We’re told the leading concept involves all three people — and will focus on “parenting issues.”

It’s unclear if the show would be based in Alaska … or if Bristol’s mom, Sarah Palin, would be involved in some capacity.

It looks like the couple could strike a deal in the near future — we’re told negotiations are “ongoing.”

Oksana Demanded Millions for Tapes … Allegedly

Sources connected with Mel Gibson tell TMZ they have “hard proof” Oksana Grigorieva tried to extort Gibson, demanding more than $10 million from the actor in return for keeping the secret tapes just that — secret.

Our sources claim Oksana demanded a specific amount of money. They would not reveal the exact sum but say it’s more than $10 million.  And the sources say there are emails and other “physical evidence” to prove it.  As one source said, “There’s a long trail of evidence”

TMZ broke the story …. Mel’s lawyers will be meeting with L.A. County Sheriff’s deputies, making a presentation of evidence which includes alleged evidence of extortion.  We’re told the lawyers want the Sheriff’s Department to launch a criminal investigation after they present deputies with emails and other physical evidence.
