Judge Rules Jesse Can Move Sunny to Be Closer to Sandra Bullock

Jesse James can move his daughter, Sunny, to Texas to be near Sandra Bullock, a judge ruled in Orange County family court Tuesday.

Her mom, Janine Lindemulder, broke down sobbing upon hearing the news. “I can’t do this!” she said hysterically, while putting her head down. “I’ll move! I’ll move!”

Judge Thomas Schulte ruled that James will have physical custody of Sunny, 6, and Lindemulder, who was recently released from a halfway house, will share legal custody. She will see Sunny once a month in California, get half of Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays, two-thirds of summer vacation and all of spring break.

Sunny will stay with Lindemulder for the remainder of the summer before moving to Texas to attend school in the fall. Financial issues will be determined at a later court date.
Judge Schulte said he based his decision on Sunny’s bond with her siblings that live with their father, Chandler, 15, and Jesse Jr., 12 “and the fact that she is doing well in her father’s care.” Sunny’s relationship with Bullock’s adopted son, Louis Bardo, did not come up, although Lindemulder has said Sunny misses him.

Even though the judge ruled that Lindemulder was clean off drugs, he had concerns about that she was in a “fragile position to make poor decisions,” including the one to wed an ex con while incarcerated (from whom she is already separated), despite it being a probation violation.

James was all smiles upon entering the court Tuesday, but stoic on the way out. He did not speak to reporters or photographers before jumping on his motorcycle and speeding away. After court, Lindemulder said, “[Sunny] will be fine. It hurts. Sandy is good. Jesse is good. Sunny loves baby Louis. She’s excited to move to Texas. [Bullock] will be good for her.”

Us Weekly has reported that Bullock and James, who recently finalized their divorce, are speaking again. Lindemulder once complained in court documents that, “All Sunny talks about is Sandy, Sandy! Wtf?!”

Jennifer Aniston Stalking Suspect — Troubled Past

TMZ has obtained a mug shot of the man accused of stalking Jennifer Aniston … but this photo of Jason Peyton was taken in 2008 after he was arrested for stalking someone else.

As we first reported, Peyton was arrested last week in L.A. for allegedly prowling around an area frequented by Aniston … while packing a sharp object, a bag and a roll of duct tape.

But according to law enforcement, Peyton was also busted in 2008 in Pennsylvania for harassing a female neighbor.  According to police docs from the 2008 case, Peyton told police, “You know that she loves me, her husband rapes her, she needs my help.”

Peyton was eventually found not guilty by reason of insanity — and was ordered to be hospitalized. It’s unclear how long he remained under psychiatric care.

Now, Peyton is being held on a mandatory psychiatric hold for the Aniston incident. Once he’s released, he must stay at least 100 yards away from everything and everyone associated with Jennifer Aniston.

Even though Lindsay Lohan is banned from smoking cigarettes in jail, TMZ has learned she can still appease her insatiable oral fixation … with all the munchies her 118 pound frame can handle.

Turns out there’s a program called the Keefe Commissary Network Gift Pack Program — which allows anyone with a couple bucks to buy copious amounts of belly-bursting junk food for the L.A. County inmate of their choosing.

We’re told each inmate is allowed $135 worth of the KCNGPP’s gut-bombing grub baskets per week — and just to give you an idea of how much that’ll get you, here’s what comes in the $22.73 package:

– Spicy Velveeta Refried Beans
– Spam
– Kit Kat Bar
– Vanilla Creme Cookies (14 oz)
– Cheese Curls (11 oz)
– Country Time Rasp./Lemon. (6 oz)
– Lime Chili Ramen
– Flour Tortillas
– Cupcake SS

That means in addition to her regular jail-made meals, LiLo could conceivably choke down around six of those snack packs a week — but considering she has to use the bathroom in her own cell … we’d advise against it.

Sheriff: Lindsay Lohan to Serve Only Two Weeks in Jail

If Lindsay Lohan behaves herself in jail, she’ll serve only about 14 days of her 90-day sentence.

“She is scheduled to be released on either Aug. 1 or 2 for overcrowding issues and good behavior,” L.A. Sheriff’s spokesman Steve Whitmore tells PEOPLE.

It’s the long-standing policy of the L.A. County jail system to release nonviolent misdemeanor offenders early due to severe overcrowding.

Lohan, 24, is serving her time alone in a 12-by-8 cell for violating probation in her DUI case.
