Glee Guys to Co-Host Teen Choice Awards

Gleeks, rejoice!

Glee‘s Cory Monteith, Mark Salling, Chris Colfer and Kevin McHale will co-host the Teen Choice Awards with Katy Perry, Fox confirms to UsMagazine.com exclusively.

The guys — who play Finn, Puck, Kurt and Artie respectively — take the stage Monday, Aug. 9 at 8 PM ET.

Also expected to attend: Sandra Bullock, who skipped the Kids’ Choice Awards last March in the wake of her ex husband Jesse James’ cheating scandal with Michelle “Bombshell” McGee.

The Oscar-winning actress, 46, will appear alongside New Moon stars Robert Pattinson and Ashley Greene. Gossip Girl’s Leighton Meester will present.

Nominees Jason Derulo and Travie McCoy will perform, and the Kardashian sisters, Kristen Bell and Zac Efron will be in the audience.

Mel Gibson might have a slew of explanations for his rage-filled recorded rant at Oksana Grigorieva — but alcohol is not one of them because he’s sober as a church mouse … has been for years, we’re told. 

While some have presumed Gibson’s rant was alcohol-fueled — sources close to Mel tell TMZ he hasn’t had a drop since his infamous DUI arrest.  Y’know …THAT one … which happened four years ago tomorrow, by the way.

People in Oksana’s camp say she acknowledged Gibson’s sobriety during child custody mediation — but she also wanted to make sure Mel didn’t go off the wagon during visitation with Lucia.

Our Mel sources say booze is a non-issue for him these days.

Settlement Reached in Jon & Kate Custody War

The epic child custody war between Jon and Kate Gosselin is finally over — TMZ has learned the former reality couple has reached a settlement agreement … but the terms are extremely confidential.

As we previously reported, Jon filed documents in a Pennsylvania court back in April asking for primary custody of their eight kids — and demanded an opportunity to renegotiate his child support obligations.

But earlier this month, the two sides officially agreed on a new arrangement that involves both custody and financial obligations … but the terms of the deal were sealed by the court.

A source close to the couple confirmed the deal — telling us, “An official agreement between Jon and Kate has been reached and they will be working together for the benefit of their children.”

Lawyers for both sides had no comment.

Lawyers to Lindsay: How Was Your Strip Search?

If Lindsay Lohan got strip searched at Lynwood Correctional Facility a couple of lawyers want her to spill every detail of the experience in a deposition.

TMZ has learned Lindsay’s name just got dragged into a class action lawsuit that alleges unlawful strip and body cavity searches were conducted by L.A. County Sheriff‘s deputies when another inmate — not Lindsay — checked into the jail.

Attorneys for the plaintiffs filed a request in Federal Court on Monday to take Lilo’s deposition while she’s behind bars. They also sent a letter to Lohan’s attorney Shawn Chapman Holley asking if Lindsay would agree to be deposed.

The suit claims that female inmates are strip searched in plain view of each other in a parking lot that is neither private nor sanitary.

Sheriff’s officials have said Lindsay was treated just like any other inmate when she arrived at the jail.

So, will Lindsay tell all? Chapman Holley hasn’t gotten back to us yet.
