A week after issuing a public apology to estranged wife Heidi Montag, Spencer Pratt’s “intense soul-searching” seems to have paid off.
On Wednesday, The Hills stars made it clear that Speidi isn’t over just yet – with a makeout session, complete with champagne, in Santa Barbara, Calif.
The couple, back from a trip to Costa Rica, reportedly celebrated Montag’s 24th birthday with a date at the zoo and dinner on the Santa Barbara Pier.
Whether they are back together or not, it seems Montag has learned one lesson she can use if the two decide to give their marriage another shot.
“First few days back in America! I don’t think I will ever leave again, at least I am never letting @SpencerPratt pack again!!!!” she Tweeted Tuesday. “Praise Jesus!”
When is this woman going to learn and get her life in order because it’s not just her life she has to worry about she has a lot of children and her actions affect them.

Octomom-On the Brink of Losing Her House
TMZ has learned … Octomom is accused of falling way behind on her mortgage payments again … and the man who holds the note to her L.A. area home tells us he’s finally “ready to evict.”
We just spoke with Amer Haddadin — the man who sold the house to Octomom’s dad and still holds the note — who tells us Nadya Suleman has yet to fork over this month’s $4,060 payment … and still owes an additional $3,500 for previous months.
As we previously reported, Amer tried to foreclose on the house a few months ago because Octo failed to pay a $450k balloon payment when it was originally due back in March. But Octo’s lawyer talked Amer into giving her an extension until October 9 … provided she made her monthly payments on time.
Amer tells us he called Octo’s lawyer about her new debt — but was told she didn’t have the money to pay him … and will consequently begin the foreclosure process … “right now.”
Calls to Octo’s attorney have not been returned.

Jennifer Hudson Loses Another 20 Pounds!

Jennifer Hudson, the Weight Watchers spokesperson, lost another 20 pounds by sticking to her diet. She gushes that she’s still surprised to see her slim figure every time she looks in the mirror.
“I go into the store and they try to put me in 4s and 6s and I’m like [she looks over both shoulders] ‘Who are you trying to talk to?’ My mind hasn’t caught up yet. [But] I’ve always been a person who’s comfortable with myself whether it’s plus-size, small size it doesn’t matter.”

Oh boy! They’ve outdone themselves!
E! has ordered Bridalplasty, where brides compete in wedding-themed challenges to win extreme plastic surgery.
WTF?!
The woman will go head-to-head writing wedding vows and planning honeymoons. The winner of the challenge will receive a plastic surgery procedure from her “wish list.” She goes into surgery immediately and the results are seen in the following episode.
The show’s description states the brides risk “possibly walking away with nothing and losing [their] chance to be the perfect bride.”
OMG! That is SO dark!
The last bride standing will get her “dream wedding,” where she will reveal her new appearance to her loved ones.
“Viewers will witness his emotional and possibly shocked reaction as they stand at the altar and he lifts her veil to see her for the first time following her extreme plastic surgery,” said E!.
The Swan surgeon Terry Dubrow will turn these ladies into clones while Shanna Moakler hosts and Giuliana Rancic executive produces.
