Oksana – Russian Immigrant with 39 Lawyers

TMZ has learned … Oksana Grigorieva — who has said she doesn’t have the power to fight the Mel Gibson machine — has hired a grand total of 39 (THIRTY-NINE) lawyers so far … to wage legal war on her behalf.

All 39 lawyers have been doing legal work for Oksana in her fight with Mel.  Even more shocking, we know at least 18 of the 39 lawyers have submitted more than $1 million in legal bills to the court … and they’re asking the judge to make Mel pay the tab.

As for the 39 lawyers who have jumped on board team Oksana, they include: Lisa Bloom, Martin Garbus, Daniel Horowitz, Eric George, Sonia Lee, Robin Sax, John Carlson, James Spertus, Ezra Landes, Mary Fulginiti, Amy Hinkley, Dan O’Malley, Suzie Obeda and Amanda Touchton.

But there’s more … the firm of Trope and Trope has put the following lawyers on Oksana’s case:  Sorrell Trope, Anne Kiley, Angela Harris, Bret Hunter, Hillary Slevin, James Durant, John Ellis, Jennifer Leong, Jonathan Pakravan, Katie Heersema, Lori Howe, Melanie Shornick, Mark Patt, Sophie Bidet, Sarah Luetto, Thomas Dunlap and Tara Scott.

And, the firm of Freid and Goldsman have put the following lawyers on Team Oksana: Manley Freid, Gary Cohen, Marci Levine, Janet Kaplan, Cori Steinberg, Susan Park, Jill Foley Alexander and Kristine Capell.

And the irony — at the moment Oksana has no family law attorney repping her … almost all of them have either been fired or quit.

It’s a boy and a girl!

Neil Patrick Harris and partner David Burtka are officially fathers. The actors welcomed twins Gideon Scott and Harper Grace on Oct. 12, the How I Met Your Mother star announced on Twitter Friday.

“All of us are happy, healthy, tired, and a little pukey,” he wrote.

Harris, 37, announced that he and Burtka, 35, were becoming parents in August. “We’re super excited/nervous/thrilled. Hoping the press can respect our privacy,” he wrote on Twitter at the time.

According to reports, the babies were born with the help of a surrogate.

At the Emmy Awards that month, Harris said he was getting excited about his new role – and doing research. “I’m trying to read as much as I can, and prep as much as I can,” he said at the time. “But there’s only so much you can do because each baby is super individual and totally their own person.”

These days, Alicia Keys is in a motherhood state of mind.

The singer and her husband, Swizz “Kaseem Dean” Beatz, “joyfully welcomed their first child,” son Egypt Daoud Dean, on Oct. 14 in New York City, reps for the couple confirm in a statement to PEOPLE.

This is the couple’s first child, though Egypt “is welcomed by Beatz’s three other children,” the statement adds.

Keys, 29, and Beatz, 32, are not only new parents together – they are also newlyweds. The singer and the rapper-producer were married in a private ceremony overlooking the Mediterranean Sea in July. At the time, the two didn’t know the gender of their child, but Swizz Beatz said they were excited to start a family together.

“Whatever we’re blessed with, that baby is being born to blessed parents,” he told PEOPLE at the time. “Alicia is definitely one of those great parents-to-be. She’s super ready. Super glowing. Super happy.”

On Thursday night, he seemed to be in a reflective mood, Tweeting, “I’m so thankful for everything I been blessed with in my life.”

Justin Bieber Investigated for Assault in Canada

Justin Bieber is reportedly being investigated by police in Richmond, British Columbia after an alleged incident at laser tag facility … this according to various reports in Canada.

A 12-year-old boy claims Bieber (seen above at the laser tag place, with his father) hit him while playing a game, according to the reports, though he suffered no visible injuries.

A rep for the Royal Canadian Mounted Police tells TMZ the incident was reported to authorities by the boy’s father. Though the rep wouldn’t confirm anything about Bieber, they did say they are in the process of interviewing witnesses.

The popular Canadian blog ZackTaylor.ca says they spoke to a staffer at the facility who says that during the game, Bieber was cornered by several kids “and accidentally hit the kid while running away.”

We spoke to a rep for Bieber yesterday who said it was absolutely untrue.

Texture yand movement in long and loose hair are runway staples. This season, the look dominated but it had definite structure, style and focus. “For a few seasons now, we have seen some kind of form or shape in hair, with lots of product,” says Guido Palau, Redken creative consultant and architect of the sexy, free-flowing structured waves at Jean Paul Gaultier and Roberto Cavalli. “I think women want to feel like themselves again, without the forced effort.” Labels like Blumarine showed it with height and lift at the crown, while at Diesel Black Gold and Salvatore Ferragamo, locks looked as au naturel as styled hair can possibly be. Pantene global ambassador and runway-and-celebrity hairstylist Sam McKnight referred to the looks he created for Balmain and Jaeger as “grunge to groomed.” Not to be confused with bedhead waves, this look requires time and the use of scrunching products, lightweight hairspray, a blow-dryer and even a curling iron. Part hair down the middle, then tease, twist and curl it, and brush it into place.

Although Michael Lohan has said that he wants Lindsay to heal with family therapy, Dina does not want him to participate because she feels that it will do more harm than good.

Dina said:

“We have given him chance after chance after chance. And at this point, it’s not lucrative to Lindsay’s mental health to participate at family week or in family therapy.

I think the facts speak for themselves. And the facts are that there are many, many reasons why we don’t feel he should be involved in family therapy.”

We’re sure Michael does not agree! Hope LiLo gets better despite the drama!
