Clad in matching white shirts, Prince William and bride-to-be Kate Middleton beam for the camera in a beautiful, black-and-white portrait; Us Weekly is the very first U.S. website to sneak a peek at the the unforgettable shot on the eve of their historic April 29 wedding.

Taken by famed photographer Mario Testino — the man behind the couple’s memorable engagement photo as well as iconic shots of the late Princess Diana and countless celebs — the lovely new pic appears in the Royal Wedding program, which became available for download on Thursday.

When Testino photographed the couple for their engagement portrait (released in early December), he was floored by the honor.

“I am very happy to have been asked to cover this historic moment that the whole world was waiting for. They are in their prime and brimming with happiness,” Testino said. “I have never felt so much joy as when I see them together.”

When Kate Hudson announced her engagement on Today this morning, she told Matt Lauer she’d kept the big news under wraps for a week because she was “waiting for someone to notice.” But with a ring like this, we’re surprised it took so long! Hudson flashed her sparkler during her segment — she was promoting her latest film, Something Borrowed — and proudly announced that rocker beau Matthew Bellamy had recently popped the question. “It was very sweet,” the actress said, without giving away details. “It was very romantic.” Later on in the day, Hudson and son Ryder strolled into New York City’s Greenwich Hotel, where fans wished her well. “[She] smiled when onlookers outside the hotel screamed and asked to see her engagement ring,” a witness tells PEOPLE. Check out the photo (above) of a piece of paper from the back of Kate Middleton’s car, which has got some poetic writing on it.

While it’s not 100% clear, one of the lines on the piece of paper seems to read as follows:

“With so much love within our hearts.”

Def sounds to us like this could be an indicator that William and Kate wrote their vows themselves.

Guess we’ll find out soon!

I don’t know if it’s because I’ve grown up with my dad being very handy and being able to fix everything that I’ve grown to really like a handy man but I think it is a great added bonus if they are!

–The data doesn’t lie: A new study has found that today’s men aren’t even CLOSE to being as handy as men were 40 years ago.

–In 1970, 71% of men said they could handle any do-it-yourself project.

Today, only 44% of men have that kind of confidence.

–There are two main reasons that our handiness is going down. One, as fathers become less handy, the skills aren’t getting passed down.

And two, over the past few decades, learning technology skills has become far more valuable.

–The survey also predicts that at this rate, by 2048, men who can handle any home do-it-yourself project will be EXTINCT.

I’m going to say a little obsessed but not with the Royal Couple more with the fifteen minutes of fame he’s getting because of it.

He was smart though because he knows that anything extreme done right now that involves the Royals will be talked about!

Obsession or devotion….This 29 year-old Dude in England recently spent $1,500 getting tattoos of Prince William and Kate Middleton’s faces on his two front teeth.

The temporary ivory art, known as “gnasher tats”, will last three months.

he says, “I love the royal family and this was my way of lending my support to their big day.”

Another guy recently spent more than 80 hours creating a portrait of Prince William and Kate Middleton on an Etch A Sketch.

He hopes to one day get the chance to present his creation to the royal couple in person.

News: Morning BOUNCE Buzz

Police responded to the area of Everett Street in Dartmouth after reports of shots being fired.

When police arrived they observed a vehicle being operated in a suspicious manner.

The three people inside got out and ran but Police did manage to arrest all three.

Police were unable to determine if any homes in the area were hit and no injuries were reported. All three men will be in court today. 

Police received reports of a break and enter on the 6200 block of Jubilee Road

3 males, one was believed to have been armed with a gun, attempted to steal items from the residence

One of the suspects did assault one of the residents before all three took off…The incident is under investigation.

I’ll admit it I could NEVER give up my phone or Black Berry Messenger! I live away from my family and friends and that’s how I communicate with them on a daily because so if that was taken away from me I think I would have a break down sad but true especially if I missed an important call or message from them!

$44 was stated to be “fair compensation” for not having any Facebook access for an entire week.

Other amounts needed for giving up use of the following devices or applications for a week:
