Make a point of looking for the good things in life today, rather than the bad things – you may be surprised by how many you find. The world is not all doom and gloom. There is still so much to be enjoyed.

TAURUS (April 21 – May 21):

Mercury at odds with Neptune warns it might be wise to think again about a project you are planning. Will you be able to meet the targets you have set yourself? If there is any doubt at all you may have to reconsider.

GEMINI (May 22 – June 21):

You may be tempted to tell someone what you really think of them but you are advised to hold your tongue – for now. Even if your criticisms are valid this is not the right time to make an issue of them.

CANCER (June 22 – July 23):

Your popularity seems to be soaring at the moment, which is great, but don’t let it go to your head. Both common sense and experience should tell you that an inflated ego can be very easily burst. Stay grounded.

LEO (July 24 – Aug. 23):

You may be tempted to commit yourself to a business or financial project but with Neptune, planet of deception, strong in your chart you can’t know for certain if it’s the right move. Take your time. There’s no rush.

VIRGO (Aug. 24 – Sept. 23):

Be careful how you talk to people today because if you give offence, even by accident, it could have implications for your status and reputation. Think before you speak – and steer clear of controversial issues.

LIBRA (Sept. 24 – Oct. 23):

Don’t worry if you can’t seem to get into the swing of things socially today because you will more than make up for it over the weekend. Most likely you just need a rest. Your body knows that, but does your mind?

SCORPIO (Oct. 24 – Nov. 22):

If someone makes a suggestion that goes against your principles you must turn it down flat. It does not matter how much fun you might have or how much money you might make, it’s wrong and you know it.

SAGITTARIUS (Nov. 23 – Dec. 21):

Someone in a position of authority will put you to the test and you must raise your game and convince them you have what it takes. They want to see clear evidence that you’re up to the job. So show them.

CAPRICORN (Dec. 22 – Jan. 20):

You could miss out on something that would make your life more enjoyable, simply because you are afraid to draw attention to yourself. So you don’t like being in the public eye? So what. It’s a crime to waste your talents.

AQUARIUS (Jan. 21 – Feb. 19):

Others can test limits if they want to but you must avoid going to extremes. If you go too far in one direction you will inevitably find yourself yanked back to the other. Steer a middle course – it’s boring, but safe.

Someone will give you a hard time today and, of course, you will be tempted to give them a hard time in return, but is that wise? Sometimes the best way to deal with annoying people is simply to ignore them.
