Should We Move Halloween to the Last Saturday of the Month?

I like the tradition of Halloween being on the 31st of October because that’s how it’s always been. I understand that it would make things easier if it were on Saturday especially if you have a finally but its nice to have traditions maybe I will feel different when I have a family and I have to deal with the stress of getting that day together :)

Amateur Alex last Halloween… tough guy lol!

Should We Move Halloween From October 31st to the Last Saturday of the Month?

I like the tradition of Halloween being on the 31st of October because that’s how it’s always been. I understand that it would make things easier if it were on Saturday especially if you have a finally but its nice to have traditions maybe I will feel different when I have a family and I have to deal with the stress of getting that day together :)

A dude in theUSwants his state . . . and hopefully the whole country . . . to change the date of Halloween.

–Instead of October 31st, it would be the last Saturday in October.

–IT would just make Halloween EASIER for everyone.

–He said Quote, “Halloween is [a] fun night for the whole family, but not so much when you have to race home from work, get the kids ready for trick-or-treating, welcome the neighborhood children, then get everyone to bed for an early morning.”

–We could do the same thing here incanada….it could be like thanks giving

A lot of People who Would Accept an “Indecent Proposal”

There is no amount of money out there that would sway me to accept an Indecent Proposal… I know that my partner means more to me then that regardless of my financial situation. If I had someone try to sell me off for some money I wouldn’t be able to forgive them, I’m worth more then that but that’s my opinion.

There’s a lot of People who Would Accept an “Indecent Proposal” Offer and Sell Their Partner for a Million . . . or Less

–A survey asked people if they’d be willing to take a deal like in the movie “Indecent Proposal”.

–If you don’t remember, that’s the movie where Robert Redford offers Woody Harrelson $1 MILLION to sleep with his wife, Demi Moore.

–They take the deal, it destroys their relationship, and they reconcile in the end.

–Only in the study, the switch had to be PERMANENT. And believe it or not, 21% of people . . . that’s one in five . . . say they’d take the deal.

–Pay me one million in cash, and you can have my husband, wife, boyfriend, or girlfriend

–The survey also found that some people would do it for a lot LESS than a million. $800,000.

–And there’s quite a few men and women who would do it for a TENTH of a million…..So that’s $160,000 to sell your significant other . . . PERMANENTLY.

Kim & Kris Humphries Are “Not Getting Along at All”

I’m sure a lot of what is out there about these two are not true or the truth is really stretched out but it’s always been said that the first year of marriage is the hardest especially for these two because they only knew one another on a long distance basis for 9 months before they got married so naturally they are going to have a hard time getting adjusted.

Newlyweds Kim Kardashian, Kris Humphries Are “Not Getting Along at All”

Newlyweds Kim Kardashian, Kris Humphries Are "Not Getting Along at All"

Can Kris Humphries keep Kim Kardashian?

Just two months since their lavish, $10 million wedding, the newlyweds “are not getting along at all,” a source tells the new Us Weekly. “Kris is not drinking the Kardashian Kool-Aid, and it’s causing major problems.”

At issue? While Kardashian, 31, juggles her reality shows and multiple moneymaking ventures, the basketball hunk 26, is unemployed thanks to the NBA lockout — and partying up a storm on his wife’s dime.

The hard-working Kardashian is already near her breaking point, a family friend reveals, and the couple had a huge fight days before her Oct. 21 birthday. “They had it a out!” a family friend says. “She told him he need s to do something productive…He needs to get off his ass, like, yesterday.”

Not everyone’s absolutely shocked by the marital discord — on full display when the newlyweds sat in the audience at Monday’s Dancing with the Stars, showing not one iota of affection.

The pair famously married after just nine months of dating. “On some levels,” says the friend, “she feels like she made a mistake.”

Your daily horoscope

IF TODAY IS YOUR BIRTHDAY:

Where your outlook on life is concerned a lot will depend over the coming 12 months on whether you see your glass as half full or half empty. Believe the world is a wonderful place, and it will be.

ARIES (March 21 – April 20):

Avoid other people’s quarrels today, because not only will you not be able to resolve them but you could find yourself drawn in deeper than you would like. There’s just no telling some people, so why bother?

TAURUS (April 21 – May 21):

It’s not like you to seek approval – usually you couldn’t care less what other people think – but for some reason you crave the support of partners and colleagues today. Just be careful you don’t pay too much for it.

GEMINI (May 22 – June 21):

At some point today you will realize that you have bitten off a bit more than you can comfortably chew, and the moment you are aware of that fact you must stop what you are doing and reassess your priorities. Be selective.

CANCER (June 22 – July 23):

You may want to believe that everyone can be trusted, that the world is full of honest people, but you know it’s not true. You don’t have to be cynical today but you do have to watch out for Number One – that’s you.

LEO (July 24 – Aug. 23):

The sun in Scorpio may make it hard for you to hide your fears, but why would you want to when there are people you can turn to for advice and support? You don’t have to face each and every situation alone.

VIRGO (Aug. 24 – Sept. 23):

Don’t let your feelings get the better of you today. Above all don’t get taken in by a sob story or tale of woe. You know that most likely it’s only aim is to part you from your hard-earned cash, so be tough.

LIBRA (Sept. 24 – Oct. 23):

There is a great deal going on in your world but don’t let it distract you from your main aim, which is to improve your cash flow situation. Over the next few days you will get the chance to make some big bucks.

SCORPIO (Oct. 24 – Nov. 22):

It’s okay to be angry with someone who has let you down but it’s not okay to let it gnaw at you relentlessly. At some stage you will have to forgive and forget and move on – not for their sake but for your own.

SAGITTARIUS (Nov. 23 – Dec. 21):

Your confidence may be at a low ebb but it is only a passing phase, and it will pass quicker if you make a conscious effort to focus your mind on the positive things in your life. There are plenty of them.

CAPRICORN (Dec. 22 – Jan. 20):

You don’t have to go along with what other people suggest. You have a mind of your own and you must use it. If that means bucking a trend then do so with glee. You’ll be proved right by the end of the week.

AQUARIUS (Jan. 21 – Feb. 19):

The sun in Scorpio at this time of year can either make or break your reputation, depending on how clear your aims are and how hard-working you choose to be. Fun and games come later – career comes first now.

PISCES (Feb. 20 – Mar. 20):

Any offer that sounds too good to be true most likely is a trick or an illusion, so be discerning about what you agree to get involved with over the next few days. It’s unlikely you’ll miss out if you say “No”.
