Ten thousand Nova Scotia homes are still without power this morning following yesterday’s wind and rain storm.
Around 6 o’clock last night there were 34 thousand customers without power.
Halifaxhad 45 millimeters of rain and wind gusts of 100 kilometers an hour.
Now that deer season has opened in Nova Scotia, police in Pictou County are asking hunters to keep an eye open for anything suspicious with the recent disappearance of Amber Kirwan from New Glasgow
