Justin Bieber’s Phone Number Prank

Justin Bieber is a reckless, no good prankster — this according to 2 people in Texas, who are now threatening legal action against the pop star … claiming Bieber coaxed millions of people into harassing them over the phone.

In case you’re not one of Bieber’s nearly 19 MILLION followers — the singer randomly Tweeted a phone number earlier this month with the caption, “Call me right now.” But the number was missing the final digit … leading hordes of teen girls to guess what it might be. The tweet was later deleted, but the damage was done.

As a result, two people in Texas — an older woman named Dilcie and a man named Kent — claim their phones have been ringing off the hook non-stop … and now, they’ve lawyered up to force Bieber to pay for his actions.

The lawyer tells TMZ, her clients’ patience “wears thin” after receiving over 1,000 phone calls at all hours of the day — and they want compensation for all the problems Justin caused with his “reckless” behavior.

Suggestions from the legal team include: concert tickets for Ms. Fleming’s grandchildren, a Bieber apology, an endorsement for Kent’s upcoming online project … and lastly … money for any out of pocket expenses.

According to the lawyer, Justin better play ball … or else.

Things That Can Give You The Big “O”

A new study says women can orgasm from “weight lifting, climbing poles or ropes, yoga, and biking and spinning classes.” From photo copiers to Peppermint Patties, here are some other things that aren’t sex that can allegedly make you climax

1. Photocopiers

A woman named Sarah Carmen claims she has over 200 orgasms a day, triggered by events as mundane as “the rumble of the train, the purr of a hairdryer, or the rhythmic drone of a photo-copier.”

2. Stress

For the sake of this exercise, I polled some female friends about whether they’d experienced these alleged noncoital orgasms. One said she has, a number of times: “If I get very very stressed and upset I will spontaneously have an orgasm without touching myself at all.”

3. Riding horses

So claim ladies in a British Cosmopolitan forum.

4. York Peppermint Patties

A writer for Nerve said that biting into a Peppermint Patty gave her the sensation that she was “coming like a racehorse.”

5. Thinking

In her book “Bonk,” sex writer and researcher Mary Roach interviewed a number of women who said they could get themselves to climax simply by “thinking.”

Rob Kardashian vs. Paparazzo

The incident that led to the Rob Kardashian vs. Paparazzo arrest didn’t appear to be a “joke” when it was happening … because the photog told police, “He tried to kill me” … and it’s all caught on tape.

Click to check out the video!

TMZ broke the story … Rob was handcuffed and arrested early Sunday morning after chasing after a paparazzo and cornering him in a bong shop.  Rob insisted he was just “joking” with the pap.

But new footage has surfaced … which shows Rob was in a very heated argument with a super attractive female moments before the incident. It appears Rob gave chase to the pap AFTER he realized the argument was being recorded.

The pap ran to the nearby smoke shop to hide out … but Rob spotted him and followed him inside. Cops saw the chase and darted inside the shop … bursting into the store as Rob was closing in on the photog.

Once the pap sees the cops … he yells out, “He’s attacking me … he chased me … he tried to kill me.” During the video, Rob never lays a hand on the pap.

The officers grabbed Rob and asked him why he was in the shop … to which the reality star replied, “I’m shopping.”

Kardashian was placed in handcuffs and warned, “Don’t resist.”

According to the police report, obtained by TMZ, Rob confirmed to cops that he gave chase because he “did not like the paparazzi filming him.”

Eventually, cops determined there was no altercation, and let both men go.

Discrimination Over Pagent Disqualification?

Jenna Talackova is a tall, striking blonde with model looks and the poise of a beauty queen.

Pageant organizers thought so too. That’s why they put the 23-year-old Vancouver native on the roster for the upcoming Miss Universe Canada competition this May.

But, as CTV News reports, Miss Universe Canada officials changed their tune when they learned Talackova was born a male and disqualified her from the pageant.

Talackova started hormone therapy at 14 and underwent gender reassignment surgery in 2010.

She claims she’s known she was a female since age four and has always identified as such.

Talackova started hormone therapy at 14 and underwent gender reassignment.

Since getting the boot, the 6’1″ model has spoken out about her plight, calling it a “human rights issue” and saying she was “disappointed” by the pageant’s decision. She plans to consult a lawyer this week.

“I will look to turn this situation into a positive so that other people in a similar situation are not discriminated against in the future,” she said in a statement to CTV, later writing on her Twitter account that she’s “not giving up.”

Since she went public with her story, it has gone global, racking up feature articles everywhere from People magazine to England’s Daily Mail.

Faced with mounting public scrutiny, Miss Universe Canada officials have stepped up to defend their decision.

“We have to have the facts straight. There is no discrimination here at all,” national director Denis Davila told CTV News. “You can look at it the way she wants to look at it … but we all have to follow the same rules.”

Those rules state that every contestant must be a “naturally born female” — a stipulation that runs across the pageant franchise.

Davila said Talackova was not forthright about this qualification and claimed she lied on her application, skirting around the issue until asked point blank by an organizer.

“She was dishonest,” Davila said, adding that he was sorry to see her go.

“It’s really unfortunate that we had to pull her out of the competition … But the truth of the matter is that we have a set of rules that we must enforce,” he said. “We love Jenna. We embrace diversity. In Miss Universe Canada, we are all from different walks of life.”

The controversy has raised debate in editorials, comment boards and beyond as to whether Talackova — or any transgendered individuals — should be allowed to compete in beauty pageants.

Pageant purists argue that rules are rules, while others have retorted that the amount of surgery Talackova has had compares in volume to that of some of her “naturally born female” competition.

For the transgendered community, however, Talackova has emerged as a symbol of their struggle for mainstream acceptance.

Jillian Page, an outspoken writer who has documented her transition from male to female, has started a petition demanding that Miss Universe Canada reinstate Talackova into the competition. At present, she had collected more than 20,000 signatures.

“There are no asterisks beside the gender designation on our birth certificates: mine says female. It doesn’t say ‘transgender,’ it doesn’t say ‘transsexual.’ It says female. Period!” she wrote.

In the meantime, Talackova’s profile has been wiped from the Miss Universe Canada website.

Your Daily Horoscope

IF TODAY IS YOUR BIRTHDAY:

Let friends and colleagues know what it is you are hoping to achieve. You don’t have to be secretive – in fact it is likely to be counterproductive. Be open about your ambitions, and others will do what they can to assist you.

ARIES (March 21 – April 20):

Think about your next move, but don’t make it yet. Someone you meet socially will come up with a brilliant idea later in the week, but if you have already committed yourself you may have to give it a miss.

TAURUS (April 21 – May 21):

Stay calm and refuse to panic. It may appear as if your world is being turned upside down but you should know by now that appearances are often deceptive. Whatever happens you will gain from it in some way.

GEMINI (May 22 – June 21):

Someone who does not share your open and optimistic way of looking at the world will challenge your viewpoint today, but you don’t have to prove anything to anyone. If it works for you then nothing else matters.

CANCER (June 22 – July 23):

Start laying the groundwork for your future success. To others it may seem as if you are wasting your time on idle daydreams but you are doing much more than that – what you visualize today you will be doing tomorrow.

LEO (July 24 – Aug. 23):

Is it time to start planning your escape? Yes it is! So many changes are happening in your world that you can, if you wish, make a few major changes of your own. Follow your dream – it’s what you were born for.

VIRGO (Aug. 24 – Sept. 23):

Make a conscious effort to check the small print of everything you are working on today, especially if there is money involved. Cosmic activity in the wealth area of your chart means you must leave nothing to chance.

LIBRA (Sept. 24 – Oct. 23):

Do you know what you want? And do you believe you are capable of getting it? If the answer to both those questions is “yes” then, as from today, you will begin to experience real success. No one deserves it more.

SCORPIO (Oct. 24 – Nov. 22):

It’s time to start tackling all those things you have been avoiding. Focus on what you have to do and put everything else out of your mind. Before you know it you will be on top of your game again.

SAGITTARIUS (Nov. 23 – Dec. 21):

If you need to say something of a delicate nature to a friend or family member, now is the time to speak up. They will appreciate your honesty, as well as the thoughtful way you approach the subject.

CAPRICORN (Dec. 22 – Jan. 20):

You may feel rather left out of things at the moment but in a way that’s a good thing because it gives you time to think. Where would like to be five years or ten years from now? Start making it happen.

AQUARIUS (Jan. 21 – Feb. 19):

Your mind is on the go non-stop and there may be times when it all gets a bit much for you. Find excuses to slow down. Treat yourself to some quiet “me time” away from the rat race. You’ve earned it.

PISCES (Feb. 20 – Mar. 20):

What other people see as a crisis doesn’t bother you in the slightest. Why? Because you can see that, in the greater scheme of things, it is of no real importance. Why put yourself under pressure when you don’t have to?
