A Dartmouth man accused of breaking into homes in south-end of Halifax and watching women sleep has been denied bail.
50 year old Barry Edward Sinclair faces two counts of break and enter and five of voyeurism.
He’s been in custody since his arrest on September 15th.
At this point Mike Savage seems to be the choice to replace Peter Kelly as mayor.
A Corporate Research poll gives him 69 percent of the decided vote.
Former police officer Tom Martin is his closest rival with 15% support.
