A paparazzo that chased Justin Bieber’s car down a highway could be charged under a new California anti-paparazzi law.
The man chased Justin in a car… Both cars got speeding tickets for speeding up to 160 kilometres an hour!
This new anti-paparazzi law keeps from “endangering people while trying to shoot photos or video.” If the photographer is charged and convicted he could go to jail for a year!

A Montreal woman pled guilty on sixteen fraud charges in Halifax court. She was charged with one hundred offences including counterfeit money. She is currently free on twenty five thousand dollars bail.
